Senior High School students participate in career orientation

In preparation for college, Senior High School students attended the career orientation which was held last July 20 in the St. Joseph Hall. To introduce their schools and their course offerings, eleven reputable colleges and universities joined. They include: CIIT College of Arts and Technology, Mapúa University, Ateneo de Manila University, Enderun Colleges, Miriam College, University of Santo Tomas (UST), Far Eastern University Institute of Technology (FEU Tech), Far Eastern University Diliman (FEU-FERN College), iAcademy, University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center Inc. (UERMMCI), and Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP).

Each college and university introduced its campus, facilities, and courses through video presentations, powerpoints, and speeches. An open forum ensued after each presentation for further clarifications and discussions.

Organized by the Guidance Center every year, the career orientation aims to aid in the decision-making of the Senior High School students in determining their possible course and college choices that will shape their future. This is to lessen the confusion of the students, and to further equip them with knowledge involving their career paths.

The CIIT College of Arts and Technology, the former Cosmopint International Institute of Technology, specializes in arts and technology courses.

Mapúa University, formerly known as the Mapúa Institute of Technology, offers engineering, architecture, information technology (IT), business, and social sciences education courses.
