The Spikers claimed their second straight win last Tuesday against the People of Grace Christian School (POGCS) volleyball varsity team in the Secondary Girls Division in the AAPS 2018 event at the Familian Court.

With Lubrin delivering services for the Spikers’ offence, the opponents were not given the chance to score half midway into the first salvo.

An attack from Navarro followed by consistent service aces from Ombid, one of which is a down the line, won the Spikers their first set, 25-10.

Despite Kiunisala’s ace at 19-12, the Spikers were undisturbed therefore delivering in both offence and defence. Ombid’s attack gave the Spikers yet another step to a scratch-less record in the league.

Navarro led the Spikers with 8 points out of 5 service aces and 3 attacks alongside Angkaw and Lubrin with 6 points each.
